A tall evergreen trees that grows up to 30m high with thick pointed leaves and white flowers. Cajeput has a strong, fruity camphor-like aroma. Traditionally, it was used by Indigenous Australian’s to treat aches and pains. Penetrating camphoraceous medicinal odour - compared to eucalyptus oil it has a slightly milder fruity body note. Blends well with purifying oils such as melaleuca (tea tree) and citrus tones including red mandarin, green mandarin, sweet orange, litsea and other herb or spice oils.
